1. Information We Collect
TimberFlow collects minimal data necessary to run round log calculations. This includes business owner name, GST numbers, contact phones, operator log credentials, branch names, and reports entries.
2. Multi-Tenant Database Isolation
Your logs are securely isolated from other workspaces. In the production database, tenant logs are routed dynamically and only accessed using authorized session tokens.
3. Local Browser Storage & IDB Caching
To support offline logs tracking, our web app writes logs draft directly to local browser IndexedDB cache. This data remains private to your device and is synced to the secure server database once internet is restored.
4. Payment Simulators & Security
Stripe and Razorpay billing simulations are used inside the SaaS dashboard. No actual credit card details or bank logins are processed or stored on our servers. All simulator entries are strictly sandbox.
5. Operator Audit Trails
To protect businesses, the platform registers audit logs of all active operations (logs created, bills deleted, logins recorded). These are visible to sawmill managers and business owner admins.
