TimberFlow SaaS - Multi-Tenant Timber Management ERP

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to TimberFlow. By registering a business yard workspace or logging round wood measurements on this Multi-Tenant SaaS platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

2. Description of SaaS Services

TimberFlow provides a cloud-based round wood logs calculator and yard management ERP. Features include Hoppus and True Cylinder volume aggregate calculations, offline local database caching, multi-branch depot reports, PDF invoice exporting, and staff directory management.

3. Account Registration & Tenants

To use the platform, you must register a tenant workspace. As a Business Owner, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your workspace password, logs metadata, operator directory invites, and all transaction reports logged under your tenant ID.

4. Payment and Subscription Simulation

TimberFlow operates on monthly subscription tiers (Free, Starter, Professional, Enterprise). Upgrade checkouts are completed via billing simulators (Stripe & Razorpay sandbox environments). Businesses are responsible for keeping accounts in good standing. Suspended tenants cannot log new reports or log in.

5. Data Ownership and Offline Caching

All round log measurements, customer lists, and branch summaries are owned by you. In offline mode, draft data is cached locally inside your browser IDB database. TimberFlow is not liable for data loss due to cleared browser caches before syncing completes.

6. Limitation of Liability

TimberFlow is provided "as is". We make no warranties, expressed or implied, that calculation formulas (Hoppus/True Cylinder) are perfectly error-free for your local customs. In no event shall we be liable for financial discrepancies, audit log issues, or software interruptions.
